Kyle Brennan, PE

Vice President, Anchorage Office Manager

With 19 years of experience, Kyle brings expertise in geological and geotechnical engineering for projects throughout Alaska and serves as the Anchorage Office Manager. His extensive experience includes road and rail infrastructure; pedestrian walkways, trails and bridges; pavement analysis and remediation; utilities and power generation/distribution; new building development; and airports and seaports. He provides practical geotechnical solutions for shallow and deep foundations, retaining walls, bulkhead structures, soil and rock slope stability, and cut/embankment development in a wide variety of soil and rock conditions.  

Kyle is well versed in providing these recommendations in Alaska’s varied and challenging conditions, accommodating permafrost, seismicity, and limited resources in remote locations. Kyle has significant experience in earthquake damage assessments and is managing numerous projects related to Alaska’s 7.1 earthquake on November 30, 2018. He also specializes in providing pavement recommendations, and has experience with federal, state, and local government design standards for roadway and airfield infrastructure across Alaska.
