Collaboration, construction observation, and management
We work on-site with contractors and subcontractors, helping them identify and resolve construction problems. This close coordination has been key to our success in engineering cost-effective, constructible designs. We review plans and specifications and monitor compliance with them. Often acting as the owner’s site representative, we oversee construction, approve invoices and quantities, review change orders, and provide field direction.
