Sarah Titcomb

Sarah Titcomb, ENV SP

Environmental Planner


Sarah has 15 years of experience working for both private and public agencies. This unique perspective allows her to understand all sides of a planning issue and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Nine years working in the public sector gives Sarah insight into the planning process from many clients’ perspectives. Her extensive work for Snohomish County gave Sarah the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams of professionals to accomplish favorable outcomes for the public, elected officials, and other key parties. Sarah is able to manage large teams with sometimes diverging goals, draft and review development regulations, update comprehensive plans, perform SEPA and NEPA environmental reviews, and facilitate successful public engagement campaigns.
