Merci Clinton, CESCL

Biologist


Merci Clinton is a biologist with six years’ professional experience working with consulting firms and government agencies. During this time, she was responsible for coordinating work between field biologist and construction contractors, participating in and leading surveys for both flora and fauna, and compiling field data into reports. Merci’s professional experience includes environmental compliance and permitting for complex projects; local, state, and federal environmental permitting for restoration, linear transportation, utility, and railway projects; and technical field activities such as wetland delineations, pre-construction surveys, invasive and native plant surveys, nesting bird surveys, forage fish surveys, and environmental compliance monitoring. Merci is a WSDOT-Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL).
