David Randall

David Randall has more than 18 years of experience in performing soil and groundwater site investigations at manufacturing, petroleum, defense, and aerospace facilities. He has managed a portfolio of 16 projects in different phases of remediation, for various soil and groundwater petroleum-based hydrocarbon and chlorinated solvents impacted sites.

David has participated and observed subsurface explorations and remediation operations, conducted quarterly monitoring and sampling services for numerous projects and is experienced in the design and installation of soil-vapor and groundwater extraction and monitoring wells. He is experienced in the preparation of Phase I and II environmental site assessments, conducting  agency reviews and is responsible for data evaluation, report preparation, and regulatory agency interaction.
