Alia Hubbard has 17 years of experience in environmental field work, including soil and sediment sampling, groundwater sampling, and GIS applications. She has developed a number of All Appropriate Inquiry Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), including real property transactions, corridor assessments, and railroad improvements. She has also performed Hazardous Material Corridor Assessments (HMCS) for government agencies. In addition, Alia has conducted and authored Phase II ESA, including soil and groundwater sampling/monitoring, utilizing analytics, and developing conclusions and recommendations.
Alia has developed contaminated media management plans (CMMPS), Cleanup Action Plans, and a series of other regulatory agency-required documents for local agencies. She is Asbestos Inspector Certified and performs Hazardous Building Material Surveys (HBMS) for both building demolition/renovations and other agency civil projects.
