James Walters

James Walters is a Project Manager and Engineer with more than 10 years of experience focusing on the geotechnical discipline. James has played key roles in numerous projects involving bridges, embankments, retaining walls, landslides, levees, roadways, shoring systems, and excavations for a variety of clients. His field experience includes coordinating and supervising subsurface explorations, performing and monitoring field tests, instrumenting and performing dynamic load tests on deep foundations, bi-directional load testing of drilled shaft foundations, and monitoring construction activities. James specializes in deep foundation design, levee design, liquefaction evaluations, and retaining wall and shoring design.
