Judy Hepner

Judy Hepner, LEED AP

Environmental Staff

Judy’s six years of experience includes research in Shannon & Wilson’s hazardous soil sample laboratory, and field work involving QA/QC, soil sampling, floor drain assessments, groundwater sampling, storm water pollution prevention plan inspections and quality assurance project plans. She specializes in Shannon & Wilson’s landfill monitoring contracts, providing field work and reporting for landfills in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Kenai Peninsula Borough, Anchorage, Peters Creek and Unalaska. Judy also performs ASTM International and American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials lab analyses of soils using a variety of laboratory procedures for measuring soil and aggregate properties such as grain-size distribution, hydrometers, and moisture-density relationships.
