Martin is a geotechnical engineer with more than three decades experience in site explorations, engineering analyses, and geotechnical design responsibilities related to construction and rehabilitation of commercial, residential, and public agency infrastructure projects.  

Martin's responsibilities include geotechnical project management and engineering for military facilities, commercial developments, sports stadiums, municipal sewer systems, pump stations, pipelines, roads, bridges and maintenance facilities.  Martin's foundation engineering recommendations have spanned a range of highly diverse geologic conditions. His project management experience includes projects completed utilizing Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, and GC/CM delivery methods.
