With more than 30 years of professional experience, Scott brings a strong technical background in hydrogeology, environmental engineering, hazardous waste, reservoir engineering, construction management, and energy planning and site selection.

An experienced project manager, Scott routinely deals with hydrogeology and engineering issues ranging from due diligence and complex CERCLA remediation programs to environmental planning, engineering design and construction management for landfills and major infrastructure projects. Scott provides engineering and technology that balances long-term liability, funding availability, schedule constraints, and anticipated regulatory changes while providing proactive and technically sound solutions for a broad array of environmental and engineering problems.
