Agnes Tirao

Agnes has more than 20 years of experience for a variety of environmental engineering projects.  She has managed large multidisciplinary investigations for Sound Transit, WSDOT, BNSF, UPRR Railroads, and several local counties and cities. Her projects include environmental site investigations and assessments, characterization studies, hazardous building materials evaluations, risk assessment, and cleanup investigations, and construction observation.  She has broad experience with the assessment of soils, groundwater, surface water, and sediment quality for a variety of contaminants.
