Mart Earl

Mart Earl has over 40 years of experience in highway materials, testing, construction inspection, and pavement design, supported by his studies in civil engineering at Boise State University between 1979 and 1980. He retired from the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) in 2016, bringing extensive experience with pavement design tools, including Elmod, LTPPBind, and AASHTOWare PavementME.
