Jeff Drager, PE
Senior Engineer
Jeff Drager has over 35 years of professional experience in civil engineering with extensive experience in highway materials, rigid and flexible pavement design, and construction. Jeff retired from the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) in 2020, where he served as District Materials Engineer for 4 years in District 4 (South Central Idaho) and 25 years in District 1 (Northern Idaho), gaining extensive experience in flexible and rigid pavement design; asphalt and concrete mixture design and testing; roadway design and specification writing; pavement management; and construction inspection and testing. He has extensive knowledge of pavement design tools such as AASHTOWare Pavement ME, AASHTO 93, Modulus, LTTPBind, and various Idaho-specific methods such as Idaho R value, Winflex, etc.
