Janelle Scoles

Janelle Scoles joined Shannon & Wilson’s Fairbanks as a Marketing Coordinator in 2024. She leads marketing efforts for the Fairbanks office, including proposal development, resumes and biographies, and strategic marketing initiatives. Janelle has a diverse marketing background, with previous experience supporting radio stations, heavy equipment, and real estate industries. This breadth of experience enhances her business development support and allows her to collaborate effectively with office leadership and technical staff to pursue new opportunities and support continued growth. She is known for her clear communication, collaborative approach, and thoughtful problem-solving.
