Eli Trast
Geotechnical Staff
Eli joined Shannon & Wilson's Portland office in December 2025. Prior to Shannon & Wilson, Eli worked at Terra Engineering and Construction, where he designed and implemented earth retention systems for various site conditions, managed complex geotechnical projects from bid through completion, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical problems, and applied advanced geotechnical principles to real-world construction scenarios. He is fundamentally an engineer with environmental values at heart. He enjoys applying his engineering abilities with geotechnical technology to create sustainable infrastructure solutions.
