A Senior Environmental Planner and Biologist, Brandon has 14 years of environmental planning and compliance experience with a strong wildlife and regulatory background. Most recently, Brandon spent nine years with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Seattle District, where he was responsible for a wide range of public and private projects seeking authorization through Corp's Regulatory program. He also served as an environmental planner in the Civil Works Branch where he supported all USACE mission areas and oversaw environmental planning and compliance for projects including navigation improvement, fish passage restoration, and flood risk management.
Brandon is well-versed in NEPA, Endangered Species Act (ESA), Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act (FWCA), Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (MSA), Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA), and Clean Water Act (CWA) regulations and processes.
