Elisabeth Silver is a highly accomplished project manager and specialist, with more than 30 years of experience in soil and groundwater investigations, as well as remedial activities across both east and west coasts. Her expertise includes a deep understanding of the Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA) and, as a senior resource, she plays a pivotal role in selecting effective remedial approaches and ensuring stringent regulatory compliance. Elisabeth also brings a successful approach to staff development and mentoring and provides technically savvy marketing support.
