Nina Guizzetti

Nina Guizzetti joined Shannon and Wilson’s Anchorage office as part of our Geotechnical Services Group in 2023. She provides geotechnical support on a wide variety of projects throughout Alaska, as well as Washington State, Oregon, and the Marshall Islands. Nina oversees geotechnical drilling observations for road/pavement improvements, transportation, and infrastructure improvement projects. Her project experience also includes engineering analysis related to deep and shallow foundations, liquefaction, and slope stability. In her time at Shannon & Wilson, Nina has been heavily involved in the ongoing Skagway Railroad Dock Rockslide project, where she has coordinated efforts and observed on-slope maintenance and construction, as well as performed stability analyses, including kinematic, rockfall, and risk analyses.
