Rob Blasberg

Vice President

Rob has over 30 years of experience working within the A/E/C industry. His career started on the owner’s side, working as a Water Resources Planner with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; first in New York and then in Los Angeles. In that role, he led multi-disciplinary teams in conducting feasibility-level studies of civil works projects, including flood control and storm damage reduction, ecosystem restoration, deep draft navigation, and beach erosion.

Rob later moved to a large civil engineering firm based in Los Angeles with offices throughout California, Arizona, and Utah. There, he was the corporate leader of Federal Programs responsible for developing and executing a company-wide strategic plan to pursue, win, and perform work in the Federal market sector. From 2011 until 2023, Rob was the Director of Business Development for a large architecture firm in Los Angeles, where he was responsible for coordinating business development efforts in multiple market sectors, including federal, health and science, civic, education, aviation, and hospitality.

Rob currently leads efforts to win federal pursuits and other work by managing, tracking, and reporting business development and marketing activities, creating business plans, identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, creating and executing capture strategies, leading our Go/No-Go process, and building winning proposals.
