Mia Verdolin

Mia Verdolin joined Shannon & Wilson in 2023 after completing her MS in Geotechnical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley. In her time at Shannon & Wilson, Mia has worked on numerous geotechnical projects, primarily in the transportation and federal sectors. Her technical skills include soil characterization, seismic hazard analyses, shallow and deep foundation design, earth retention system design, and slope stability analyses. Mia also has experience with geotechnical report preparation, organizing and executing subsurface exploration programs, as well as construction observation, testing, and documentation for tieback installation and jet grouting.
