Brian Trott, PE
Senior Engineer
In his time at Shannon & Wilson, Brian Trott has performed engineering analyses and prepared design recommendations for buildings, bridges, roadway and pavement systems, freight rail, earth retaining systems, levees, and pipeline projects. His technical experience encompasses soil characterization, geological hazard evaluation, design of shallow and deep foundation systems, design of earth retention systems, slope stability analysis, liquefaction potential analysis, and settlement analysis.
Brian has been involved with subsurface field explorations including drilling observation, VWP installation, CPT observation, test pit excavation observation, and performing hand auger borings. Additionally, he has performed construction observation, testing, and documentation, including monitoring of earthwork, deep foundation installation, stone column installation, and tieback installation.
