Justin Stoffel
Associate
Justin is a geotechnical project manager with over 14 years of experience and specializes in pavement design and technology, including the combined use of pavement drilling, ground penetrating radar (GPR), Falling Weight Deflection (FWD), and AASHTOWare Pavement ME. Justin also has extensive experience with pavement analysis and design for airports and military facilities. He develops effective and economical alternatives for local road projects, most of which have been administered by Idaho Transportation Department and the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council. Another key area of Justin’s experience also consists of providing geotechnical evaluation and design recommendations of state highways and bridge renovations, upgrades and replacements.
