Justin Stoffel is a Project Manager for geotechnical and pavement engineering projects, based out of Boise, Idaho, with over 20 years of industry experience. He specializes in pavement evaluation, design, forensic studies, and pavement asset management, utilizing an integrated approach that includes pavement drilling, soil testing, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) testing, and AASHTO Ware Pavement ME. Justin has extensive experience delivering pavement solutions for airports and military facilities, serving clients such as local highway districts, state DOTs, the U.S. Department of Defense, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). His broader geotechnical experience includes projects involving storage tanks, commercial and industrial facilities, embankments, retaining walls, shoring systems, and bridge foundations, and he is recognized for tackling technically challenging projects that require depth of experience and sound engineering judgment.
