Bill Capaul has over 40 years of experience working in various geological environments for exploration, design, and construction projects involving geotechnical evaluations of highway infrastructure, including bridges, retaining walls, embankments, landslides, and construction monitoring. Bill has over 30 years of experience with the Idaho Transportation Department as a District Geologist. He specializes in coordinating and supervising subsurface explorations; performing and monitoring field tests; installing and monitoring geotechnical instrumentation; performing construction inspections; and monitoring construction activities, including pile driving and blasting. Bill strives to help his clients understand the role geology plays in the development of their projects.
