Kelli Browning

Kelli Browning has 7 years of experience in geotechnical and pavement engineering. She spent over 4 years in Shannon & Wilson’s Boise office as a Laboratory Manager before advancing to her current role as an Engineer. Her expertise includes roadway design, pavement evaluation, and materials characterization, with an emphasis on soil behavior under varying conditions. She has additional knowledge in collecting and interpreting ground-penetrating radar and falling-weight deflectometer data, including back-calculation; performing subsurface investigations and field testing; managing spiral nail pullout testing; contributing to PMED design; and prepares technical reports for realignment, reconstruction, and rehabilitation projects that improve performance and extend pavement service life.
