Hayley Justinak

Hayley Justinak brings over 8 years of geotechnical consulting experience to our Geotechnical Staff Team. Hayley’s technical experience includes bearing capacity, ground settlement, earth pressures, pavement design, wall and slope stability, and geologic hazard assessment (e.g., seismic ground motions and earthquake-induced hazards, slope stability, and karst). Her field experience includes geologic site reconnaissance, subsurface exploration and sampling (with various drilling methods and test pits), soil and rock characterization, monitoring well and vibrating wire piezometer installation, and geophysical surveying and instrumentation (e.g., seismic shear wave and refraction surveying, earth resistivity testing, slope inclinometer data collection). Hayley has performed construction materials testing and construction monitoring for earthwork, foundation subgrades, shallow foundations, drilled shafts, micropiles, rock anchors, MSE and soil nail-anchored shotcrete retaining walls, culvert and utility installations, sinkhole repairs, and buttress construction.
