Mark A. Rutkowski, PG
Associate Vice President, Madison Office Manager
With more than 30 years of project experience, Mark serves as the Office Manager and Senior Associate of the Shannon & Wilson Madison office. As a Professional Geologist, Mark’s experience with subsurface soil and groundwater investigations includes simple and complex sediment, soil and groundwater sites impacted by metals, fuel hydrocarbons, PCBs, and chlorinated solvents. Mark has also completed numerous Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments. His objectives are to complete site investigation work in order to achieve a level of environmental risk management that can be utilized by clients to obtain regulatory site closure for reuse and redevelopment.
Over his career, Mark has completed environmental investigation and consulting services for CERCLA sites, Brownfield sites, gasoline service stations, dry cleaner sites, commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
