Shoshana Howard is a Senior Engineer with experience in soil, sediment, groundwater, and soil vapor investigation and remediation on projects completed for a variety of both public and private clients. She has planned, coordinated, and completed field investigations, including soil, sediment, groundwater, and vapor sampling; well installation activities; groundwater and vapor monitoring events; light non-aqueous phase liquid (LNAPL) monitoring and sampling; remediation system operation, maintenance, and monitoring; well rehabilitation activities; cone penetration testing (CPT) rig sampling; underground storage tank (UST) removals and assessments; slug testing; and construction observation. She has prepared numerous reports, including site characterization and remediation reports, work plans, sampling and analysis plans, quality assurance project plans, health and safety plans, proposals, operation and maintenance manuals, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Facility Investigation (RFI) Summary Reports; and has prepared drawings/specifications for permit application packages and as-built drawing packages. Shoshana has also conducted numerous file reviews at public information repositories and has performed Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) to support property development, demolition, and acquisition.
