Senior Associate
Bill is a highly experienced senior geotechnical engineer who has worked on many of the Shannon & Wilson Saint Louis office most notable projects for over 35 years. He is skilled in technical capability in soil mechanics, hydrology, hydrogeology, and surveying. Bill is adept at planning and overseeing large-scale geotechnical investigations and performs oversight of field reconnaissance, subsurface exploration, laboratory testing, and the development of design recommendations for a wide variety of infrastructure and vertical construction projects. In addition, he provides engineering services such as instrumentation, construction monitoring, and surveying.
