Mark Halbert
Materials Technican
Mark has more than 30 years of geotechnical and construction materials testing experience, including 15 years with the Shannon & Wilson Saint Louis Office. Along with laboratory testing responsibilities, he has also managed field projects from our satellite office in Farmington, Missouri. Mark has logged subsurface investigations, inspected deep and shallow foundations, performed field and laboratory testing of concrete, construction observation and density of earthwork and pavement, and has performed environmental and hazardous waste sampling.
