Dave Pell
Geotechnical Staff
Dave joined the Portland office of Shannon & Wilson in January 2019. He received his MSc in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines with a geotechnical concentration and completed his BSc in Civil Engineering at the University of Connecticut. Dave’s field experience includes coordinating and supervising subsurface investigations, performing and monitoring field tests, and monitoring construction activities. Dave’s design experience includes settlement studies, liquefaction evaluation, and retaining wall and foundation design.
