Eric Paslack is a geotechnical engineer with experience in subsurface field explorations, including drilling and soil sampling, geotechnical report writing, and geotechnical engineering design and analysis, including slope stability, settlement, deep foundations, and earthquake engineering.

As project manager for local agency transportation projects, he possesses a strong background and detailed knowledge of the transportation sector, including ODOT’s design standards and manuals. He is also experienced at the use of geotechnical computer programs such as Slope/W. His construction observation experience includes; foundation subgrade preparation and soil bearing, mass soil excavation, fill placement and compaction, pier shaft drilling, geotextile and geogrid installation, ground anchor installation and testing, rock socketed and driven piles, drilled shafts, soil nail walls, and granular mat foundation construction. He has also conducted geophone ground vibration data collection and processing.
