Travis Nguyen

Travis’s geotechnical engineering experience includes site characterization, design and construction recommendations, preparation of construction drawings and technical specifications, and construction observation and testing. His project experience encompasses commercial developments, landslides, federal and public works, and transportation projects. He has a strong background in pile and pier foundation analysis and design, seismic ground motion characterization analysis, liquefaction analysis, post-liquefaction settlement analysis and soil residual strength evaluations, and seismic soil-structure design. Travis' other areas of expertise include retaining wall and shoring design, pavement design, soil improvement, deep and shallow foundation design, and settlement analysis. Travis has expertise in dam and levee design, safety, and inspections.
