Environmental Scientist


Since joining Shannon & Wilson in 2017, Amber has worked on multiple per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) groundwater contamination projects throughout Alaska. Her skills and training include Environmental Site Assessments and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan inspections. She is experienced in public relations, soil and water sample collection, technical writing, and data management. In addition, she is a certified wetland delineator under the 38-Hour Army Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Training program and has assisted with wetland delineations in northern Alaska.  Amber has performed quality assurance reviews, groundwater monitoring and residential well sampling, GIS mapping, reporting, and work plan preparation.
