Environmental Scientist


Since joining Shannon & Wilson in 2015, Tiffany quickly advanced to be a front-runner in the environmental group of the Fairbanks office and is a local reference for RCRA regulations and GIS mapping. She is the project manager of a multiyear, five-million-dollar project with the Northern Region Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities to remove 49 injection wells at 29 facilities across the state. She facilitates agency coordination, supervises field activities, work plan authorship and review, reporting authorship and review, laboratory analytical data review, and field activities including groundwater sampling, soil sampling, and seismic refraction analysis.

Tiffany also has experience with the processing of seismic and GPS data, surveying, and has assisted with the Western Federal Lands Highway Division Chickaloon Grade Geophysical Overburden Study as well as various residential well sampling projects. Tiffany has also been involved with the Geophysical Institute (University of Alaska Fairbanks) research projects on the West Antarctic Ice Sheet and Dry Valleys. 

She has completed the McCoy’s Hazardous Waste Seminar regarding the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act regulations.
