Neal McCulloch, PE, LEG

Vice President, Director of Railroad Services


Neal has more than 24 years of experience solving geotechnical problems for high density railroad corridors across the United States.  As Shannon & Wilson's Director of Railroad Services, Neal leads a strong team of professionals that span all of the services that Shannon & Wilson provides to Railroad Clients.  Neal's expertise includes new line construction, yard and terminal design and construction, line upgrades, embankment stabilization, landslide prevention and control, rock slope stability, erosion control, track structure and tunnel construction and rehabilitation, tunnel enlargement and bridge foundation design.  His field experience enables him to recommend practical solutions to construction and maintenance problems, resulting in lower construction costs.
