Ingrid Sandberg, PE

Senior Engineer

Ingrid has a variety of geotechnical engineering experiences including development of site exploration, laboratory testing, and instrumentation programs. She has provided design recommendations for foundations and pavement structures, considering geotechnical hazards often associated with arctic and subarctic regions throughout Alaska.

Ingrid has both field work and project engineering experience, including slope stability modeling, instrumentation, construction observation, and data analysis.  Ingrid has worked on projects that include design, modeling, testing, instrumentation, construction observation, data analysis, and reporting. She has construction observation experience including monitoring both vibratory and diesel impact hammer pile driving and preparing pile-driving logs. She has experience logging frozen soil conditions and collecting frozen soil samples.  Ingrid communicates well with clients and contractors, and places an emphasis on developing and maintaining healthy, professional, working relationships while carrying out her job responsibilities.
