Schylar Healy

Environmental Scientist


Since joining Shannon & Wilson in 2018, Schylar has conducted environmental site characterization activities, including groundwater monitoring, groundwater well installation and development, and soil sampling using a variety of drilling methods. Her responsibilities include preparing environmental permits and reports, conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, performing wetlands delineations, developing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, and conducting research. She has experience using Geographic Information System as a tool for data quality standardization, interpretation, and management. She is also experienced with the National Environmental Policy Act and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permitting processes.
