With a keen understanding of the interplay among the land, the law, and property owners, our geologists work with jurisdictions at municipal and county levels on landslide investigations, repairs, slide area mapping and code interpretation. We provide the exploration, design and engineering and construction monitoring services required to improve stability of landslides that may impact roadways and pipelines, or contribute sediment to fish bearing waters. Using computer slope stability programs we can model the landslide mass to predict its behavior and to design the most cost-effective stabilization measures. Our expertise has been applied to masswasting studies for the forestry industry protection of slopes, streams and roads. |
