Shannon & Wilson opened its Portland-area office in 1961 as one of the first geotechnical firms in Oregon. Today, we continue to offer our traditional strengths: technically sound geotechnical, geologic, and environmental consulting and excellent customer service.

Our Oregon staff totals 22, including 19 geo-professionals, under the direction of Vice President and Office Manager Park Piao. We feature highly experienced geotechnical engineers, engineering geologists, and environmental specialists with strong experience on complex projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our local database includes more than 4,000 projects, resulting in an unsurpassed knowledge of subsurface conditions in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
